Submission of this form does not guarantee confirmation for awards, doctorate recognitions, PR, or publishing services.

All applications are reviewed internally, and final decisions rest solely with 9 Figure Media.

2. Authenticity of Information

Applicants must provide true, accurate, and verifiable details.

Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Services & Deliverables

Deliverables will be provided as per timelines mutually agreed upon.

9 Figure Media reserves the right to reschedule or modify events due to unavoidable circumstances.

4. Fees & Payment

PR fees will apply to all services, including publicity, branding, publishing, and recognition initiatives.

Payments once made are non-refundable, except if an event is entirely cancelled by 9 Figure Media.

Participation in award or doctorate programs is subject to full and timely payment of applicable fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and media produced by 9 Figure Media remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client names, photographs, or published works may be used for promotional purposes unless expressly denied in advance in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Any personal data shared will remain confidential and will only be used for verification and service fulfillment.

7. Legal & Jurisdiction

9 Figure Media functions as a facilitator and organizer of PR, branding, and recognition events.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.

8. Agreement

By submitting the form, applicants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the application of PR fees.
